I am so happy to have stumbled upon this podcast — I have been looking for personal development that really spoke to me as a new elementary principal. One who is feeling overwhelmed, exhausted & impatient. The first episode stopped me in my tracks- I feel like I finally found someone who is going to discuss topics that are real and honest about this profession-vulnerability at its best.
