AJ: How to Conquer Self-Doubt with Ed Mylett – “I am worth it!” “I deserve it!” This is what is going to be taught to believe YOURSELF!

It’s the feeling that creeps up on you when you need your confidence the most. That relentless voice that tells you, you’re not good enough, smart enough, fast enough, strong enough, beautiful enough. Doubt can be so crippling. It can stop you from achieving greatness in your business, in your faith, in your relationships… in EVERYTHING! I can tell you a million times that YOU ARE ENOUGH but if YOU don’t’ believe in yourself, that temporary boost of confidence will eventually wear off and the doubt will settle back in. Confidence has to be cultivated from within! But how do you do this???? In this episode, I’m going to teach you the exact skills that will allow you to conquer self-doubt and replace it with self-confidence!

By the beginning of the 20th century, the United States had become an empire; with states and territories and colonies that spanned the globe. As a result, the country began to not only reconsider its place in the world, but also its very name.

Stacey: Hidden Brain-When Things Click: The Power Of Judgment-Free Learning

This week on Hidden Brain, we explore an innovative idea about how we learn. It will take us from the Russian laboratory of Ivan Pavlov, to a dolphin exhibit in Hawaii, to a top teaching hospital in New York. It’s about a method to quiet the noise. The sort of clutter that can turn learning into a minefield of misery. Students care more about getting praise than learning.

Not all learning can be gamified, and not all learning can be broken down into a series of steps
